Synergy Salon Policies
Synergy Salon would like to have you help us provide the best possible experience. We kindly ask you to keep these policies in mind:
- Promotion: Please mention any special offers at the time of booking.
- Reservations: A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
- Cancelations: We understand that the plan can be changed. To avoid charges, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointment: Missed appointments will be charged, but can be rescheduled and redeemed within two weeks.
- No show: Will be charged 100% of the full-service price to the credit on file.
- Services: All our services are guaranteed for two weeks from the day the services are performed. Any changes or modifications are at no charge, unless it is an add-on or a different style, or a different color from what we had agreed to work on during the consultation. We will fix it until you like it. There will be no refund on services.
Products Return Policy
- You must have the receipt for the return.
- It must be within 7 days of purchase receipt.
- Restocking fee is 15% off your product's purchased price.
- Refund will be returned to the same payment method used.
- Not applicable to products that had been used.
Modifications To The Service And Prices
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services, Products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Synergy Salon reserves the right to modify promotions and policies as needed to deliver exceptional service.
