Synergy Salon Policies
At Synergy Salon, our mission is to ensure you receive an exceptional experience. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask you to keep the following important policies in mind:
1. Promotion
Be sure to mention any special offers at the time of your booking to take full advantage of our best deals.
2. Reservations
To secure your appointment, a credit card is required. This ensures your time is reserved just for you.
3. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. To avoid charges, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, allowing us to offer your slot to another valued client.
4. Missed Appointments
We know that sometimes life gets in the way. If you miss an appointment, you will incur a charge, but rest assured, it can be rescheduled and redeemed within two weeks.
5. No Shows
A fee of 100% of the full-service price will be charged to the card on file for no-shows. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to continue providing excellent service.
Products Return Policy
- To return a product, a receipt is required.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase for a smooth transaction.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to the total price of returned products. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for your purchase.
- Please note, this policy does not apply to used products.
Modifications to Services and Prices
We reserve the right to enhance or discontinue services and products (or any part thereof) without prior notice. Our commitment is to adapt and improve for your benefit.
